1. What We Sell

We sell blank, programmable near field communication (NFC) review cards and related items. The cards are physical products that you can program and resell. We are an independent seller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, and "Google" and related marks belong to their respective owners. Reference to Google reviews describes a common use case only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to buy from us. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Payment is processed by Stripe, and you agree to its terms.
• You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the total shown, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

We use a dropship model. Orders are produced and shipped by third party fulfillment partners, which may be located outside your country, and are blind shipped. To fulfill your order, we share your name, address, and order details with these partners as described in our Privacy Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Reseller Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

Many customers buy our cards to resell or to use in their own business. You are solely responsible for how you and your customers use the cards. You agree that you and any downstream user will:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection and advertising rules and the guidelines of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
• Comply with the policies of any platform involved, including Google's review and content policies. Soliciting fake, incentivized, or misleading reviews may violate those policies and the law.
• Not use the cards for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose.

We do not control how reviews are collected or displayed on any third party platform, and we are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms, including the removal of reviews or the suspension of accounts.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because cards are low cost, programmable items, all sales are final once an order enters fulfillment, except where required by law. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described, contact us at shawn@chimera.mx within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will work with you on a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to view the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission. Third party marks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any resale, income, or review outcome will be achieved. Any figures on the site are illustrative examples, not promises of earnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewRush and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewRush and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the products, your resale activity, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third party rights.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
